How long has InfoSys Consulting been in business?
A:
InfoSys Consulting was established on June 1st, 1999. However, our consultants
average over 20 years of experience in the computer consulting business.
Q:
What is the typical size of InfoSys clients?
A:
Most of our clients are classified as small to medium businesses. Our clients
range in size from $2 million to $150 Million in annual revenue.
Q:
Do you travel?
A:
Yes. While typically we work in Southern Wisconsin, we do travel occationally
if the project can be justified.
Q:
Do you work with residential customers?
A:
No and yes... Our clients are businesses -- we do not support home computers unless
it is for our business customers. For example, if a business needs help setting
up remote staff connections into the corporate infrastructure.
Q:
Do you have different billable rates for evenings, weekends, and holidays?
A:
No. We assume that much of our on-site work requires some evening and weekend
time. However, we only work on Sundays under extraordanary circumstances.

What is your billable rate?
A:
A good consultant always answers that question with "That depends" on the project
tasks, size, scope, and other factors. Billable rates vary from $65 to $150
depending on the project and the staff involved.
